Release Overview:
This release includes product upgrades and bug fixes.
Included in this release:
- Added new settings on product listing widgets to filter by products, packages, or both
- Enhanced the web content grading and participation feature, allowing users to be marked as "not attended" and to receive a "not attended" notification.
- Added additional fields to the External Fulfillment Review within Certifications.
- Added Remote Accounting Date to the Edit/Cancel Orders feature.
- Added new email template tags to insert calendar links.
- Added a new feature to support page redirects.
- Enhanced the product listing grid display with a hover state to show full names.
- Enhanced product listing with additional filtering functionality.
- We changed the packages tab on the product to be a multi-select picklist for easier selection.
- Bug Fixes.
Product List Widget Filter by Products or Packages
The product list widget now includes a filtering option to display content that is only products, only packages, or both. (Fig 1)
Web Content Grading & Participation Enhancement
We changed the participation and grading mechanism from a checkbox to a pick list with these options: unmarked, not attended, and attended. (Fig 2)
Unmarked: User attendance has not been recorded, and no notifications are sent.
Not Attended: Users marked as not attended or not meeting attendance requirements will receive a "not attended" email notification.
Attended: Users who meet attendance requirements will receive an "attended" email notification.
External Fulfillment Review Enhancements
In Certifications, under Unreviewed Fulfillments (/admin/fulfillments), we added additional fields for the admin to view more information during the external fulfillment review process. (Fig. 3)
Edit/Cancel Orders – Added Remote Accounting Date
In the Edit/Cancel Orders function, a new column displays the remote accounting date for products. If no date is found, the column shows "N/A." (Fig. 4)
Add to Calendar Email Tags
We added two new email tags to insert "Add to Calendar" links in email templates:
- {{{product.add_to_calendar_link}}} – Link for "Add to Calendar" for the first live event (if applicable).
- {{{product.live_components_with_calendar_links}}} – List of in-person and webinar events with "Add to Calendar" links.
Page Redirects
We introduced a new setting within pages to allow for redirects. Pages can now be redirected to another internal site page or any external page. (Fig. 5)
Product List Grid View Enhancement
We added a hover effect to display full product titles that are cut off in the grid image display. (Fig. 6)
Admin Product Listing Enhancements
Added a new filter to search for products within packages in the product listing. (Fig. 7)
Added a visual indication of the number of search results. (Fig. 8)
Package Selection in the Product
We have changed the selection form on the Packages tab within the product to a multi-select picklist. (Fig. 9)
In this release we also addressed the following Bug Fixes and Changes:
- Deployed a change to support Authorize.net SSL updates.
- Fixed an issue causing delays in loading quizzes with images.
- Fixed an issue where images in HTML zones did not display correctly.
- Resolved an issue where recurring Zoom Meetings and Webinars could not be selected in the web content component.
- Fixed an issue where Zoom attendance was including time in waiting room in total minutes viewed.
- Changed the Zoom attendance from only looking at the last login to calculating all logins to Zoom, with exception of minutes in waiting room.
