Applying a Theme to Pages and Products

The Themes feature allows you to create customized designs and layouts for specific pages or products on your Elevate site, offering a tailored look and feel. By applying a theme to a particular page or product, the default site theme is replaced with the selected theme, ensuring a customized and consistent experience for your users.

Example: In the images below, note the difference between the default theme (Fig 1) used on the homepage, and an alternative theme using conference-specific branding for a specific page on the site (Fig 2).

Apply a Theme to a Specific Page

To apply a theme to specific page, first create the theme and then follow the steps below:


  1. Under the Content Management menu, select Pages
  2. Add a new page or use the filter to find an already created page and select the Edit button. 
  3. In the top section of the page editor, select the theme you wish to apply from the Custom Layout or Theme drop down menu. 
  4. Select Save to add or update your page with the theme selection applied.

NOTE

All pages will default to the default selected theme for your site unless a different theme is selected and applied to the page.

Apply a Theme to a Specific Product

To apply a theme to specific product, first create the theme and then follow the steps below:


  1. Under the Products menu, select Product Listing
  2. Add a new product or use the filter to find an already created product and select the Basic Info button. 
  3. Select the theme you wish to apply from the Custom Layout or Theme drop down menu. 
  4. Select Update to add or update your page with the theme selection applied.

NOTE

All products will default to the default select theme for your site unless a different theme is selected and applied to the product.
