Group Portals is Now Available
Group Portals allow organizations to create customized, branded spaces within the Elevate LMS platform. These portals let you manage members, assign group managers, curate content, track engagement with group-specific reporting, and communicate directly with learners—all while maintaining a branded, personalized experience.
With Group Portals, you can:
- Empower association group leaders (chapters, departments, partners, etc.) to manage their own learners
- Simplify administration by delegating enrollment, CE tracking, and reporting
- Deliver tailored learning experiences so members see only the content relevant to them
- Maintain oversight and control with full visibility into activity across all groups
Whether for internal teams, corporate clients, or industry associations, Group Portals make it easy to deliver tailored learning at scale.
Improved Sorting Functionality in Product List
We fixed an issue where the Product List did not display in the correct default order. The list now shows in descending order by creation date as expected, and switching between ascending and descending works properly.
Improved Quiz Report with Start and Submission Times
We've enhanced the Quiz Report to provide clearer tracking of quiz activity. Previously, the "Date-time submitted" column displayed the time a user first accessed the quiz rather than when they submitted their responses.
The report now includes two distinct columns:
- Quiz Attempt Started – shows the date and time the attempt began
- Quiz Attempt Submitted – shows the date and time the attempt was completed and submitted
Flexible Placement for Social Media Links
It's now easier to showcase social media on your site. Admins can add social icons directly in the Theme Editor and choose to display them in the header or footer. The icons automatically match your site’s design colors, and each button links to the destinations you set.
Group Managers Can Now Access Certificates
Group Managers can now view member progress and access completion certificates directly from the Group Manager page. Certificates can be printed or saved as a PDF, and all access is restricted to assigned groups with audit logging enabled.
Registration API Now Ignores Closed Products
We resolved an issue where cloned products with the same Remote Product ID could cause the Registration API to register users for an older, closed version. The API now ignores products marked Closed for Registration, preventing this conflict.
As a workaround, products can be set to Hidden Registration with Private Registration enabled. This hides the product and blocks registration in Elevate without marking it as closed.
Minimum Viewing Time Warning Added for Embedded Videos
A minimum required viewing time is now supported for embedded video components. The system tracks how long the video window remains open, and if it is closed before the minimum required time is met, a warning message appears:
"You need to continue watching this video to meet the minimum required time."
The warning displays only if the requirement has not been met. Once the component is completed, the message no longer appears.
Improved Quiz Timeout Handling
When the time limit for a quiz is exceeded, users are now prompted to submit their answers without the option to cancel. The cancel button has been removed from the timeout prompt, and the text has been updated to reflect this change.
Activate Button Behavior Corrected for Package Products
We fixed an issue where activating a product within a package sometimes displayed an error message and did not update the button correctly. Activations are now processed smoothly, and the button properly updates to show the activated status.
Improved Performance on Unreviewed Fulfillments Page
The Admin page for Unreviewed Fulfillments now loads significantly faster. Updates were made to improve how data is processed behind the scenes, ensuring a smoother experience even with large volumes of records.
