Enhancements

Learners Now Notified When Assignments Are Marked Ungraded

We’ve fixed an issue where learners were not receiving an email notification when an assignment was marked as ungraded. With this update, instructors can now send a notification email to learners when grading an assignment.

When this option is selected, the learner will receive an email based on the configured email templates in the system settings, ensuring clear and timely communication about assignment status changes.

Bug Fixes

Certificate Template Images Now Display Correctly

We’ve resolved an issue where newly created certificate templates displayed a broken image in the Certificate Template Builder. Template images now load correctly, and any previously broken images have been regenerated to ensure proper display.

Certificate Thumbnail Now Displays Correctly After Cloning

We’ve resolved an issue where the certificate thumbnail displayed the image from the original template instead of the newly cloned certificate. When a certificate is cloned, the correct thumbnail image now appears as expected.

Improved Video Scrubbing and Playback Controls

We’ve resolved an issue affecting video playback in Elevate where rewinding and scrubbing were not working as expected early in the video. In some cases, the time indicator displayed incorrectly and prevented users from rewinding until later in the video.

With this update, the embedded video player now displays accurate timing information, allows smooth scrubbing throughout the video, and supports consistent navigation using both mouse controls and keyboard shortcuts. Overall playback behavior remains unchanged, with improved reliability and usability.
