New

New User Custom Fields Report

Administrators can now run a User Custom Fields report to see users alongside the custom profile field values collected on their accounts. The report is available under Reports > User Reports, where administrators select which columns to display, choosing any combination of the account's custom fields plus standard user details such as User Member ID, User ID, and User Type. All custom field types are supported, with checkbox fields displaying as Yes or No and multi-line responses shown in full. Results can be narrowed using Quick Search and exported to CSV at any time. Cadmium Payments in Elevate

Cadmium Payments is a centralized platform that allows customers to easily manage their payment collection needs while prioritizing security across all Cadmium products. Starting August 18, 2026, Elevate accounts can begin transitioning to Cadmium Payments for credit card processing, and all accounts must be activated by October 27, 2026. Learn more about Cadmium Payments in Elevate.

Improvements

Credit card processing is moving to Cadmium Payments

Credit card processing in Elevate is moving to Cadmium Payments, with support for HostedPCI ending in 2027. Cadmium Payments is the supported option for all credit card processing in Elevate going forward. HostedPCI continues to work as expected until support ends. (August 11, 2026)

Fix

Quick Cart Link Security Update

We've updated how Quick Cart links add products to the cart so that a product can no longer be added to a learner's cart from outside the site. Quick Cart links placed in page and widget content continue to work as before, adding the product to the cart with a single click. If a Quick Cart link is opened from another site or entered directly in the address bar, the learner is taken to the product details page and can add the product from there. Standard add-to-cart and remove behavior across the catalog, product page, cart, and checkout is unchanged. (August 17, 2026)

Package Detail Page Activation Error Resolved

An issue was resolved where products in a package incorrectly displayed the "Only available as part of a package" tag on the package's own detail page for users already registered for that package. Users also received an error message when activating a product using the "Activate?" badge, even though the product activated successfully. Both issues have been corrected, and packaged products now activate without an error and display the correct availability information. (August 17, 2026)

Custom Profile Fields Now Appear Without a Page Refresh

Administrators received an error when adding a custom field under Settings > Profile Fields, and the new field did not appear in the list until the page was reloaded. This issue has been resolved. Custom fields now appear in the list as soon as they are added, edited, or deleted, and pressing Enter while entering a field name or option value no longer produces an error. (August 17, 2026)

Education Harvester Presentation and Session Times Now Display Correctly

Times imported from Education Harvester displayed in 24-hour format with seconds, such as 16:15:00, and were always treated as Eastern time regardless of the event's actual time zone. These issues have been resolved. Time merge tags now render in 12-hour format, such as 4:15 PM, and presentation start and end times display in the event's own time zone. Events with no time zone set continue to display in Eastern time. (August 31, 2026)

Web Content Completion Requirements Now Applied Correctly

An issue was resolved where Web Content components were marked complete on access even when attendance or a passing grade was still outstanding. Completion now waits until an administrator marks attendance or gives a passing grade on the Attendance screen. Components listing them as a prerequisite unlock only once those requirements are met.
