Elevate Release Notes
September 2026
PLEASE NOTE
This page will be updated throughout the month as new releases are deployed, so check back regularly for the latest updates and improvements.
This month's release may include product updates, new features, enhancements, essential bug fixes, and more.
Improvement
User's Dashboard Displays Most Recent Registration First
On the user's dashboard, the on-demand products and packages were displaying the oldest registrations first. It has now been updated to show the most recent registrations first allowing users to see the on-demand products that they just signed up for. (September 17, 2026)
Fix
Uploaded Media Files Now Display and Download Correctly
Users were unable to access any uploaded files on affected accounts: videos would not play, handouts returned a 404 error, and speaker images appeared broken. This issue has been resolved. Videos, handouts, and speaker images now upload, display, and download as expected. (September 14, 2026)
Product Pricing Now Saves With a Large Number of Member Groups
Fixed a bug that prevented product pricing from saving when a large number of member roles or groups were configured. Pricing now saves correctly regardless of the number of groups in use. (September 17, 2026)
View Badge Button Now Appears for Previously Earned Badges
Learners were unable to view a badge from a product page when they already held that badge, either from another product or from a badge issued outside Elevate. This issue has been resolved. The View Badge button now appears on every product whose certificate component grants a badge the learner has earned and currently holds. Badges issued outside Elevate are labeled Externally Issued, and badge details always reflect the original issuance rather than the product being viewed. (September 21, 2026)
Test Your Connection Link Updated for Media Center Components
An issue was resolved where the participant-facing "Test Your Connection" button on Media Center web content components linked to an outdated page. The button now opens the current browser test page, allowing participants to confirm their setup before joining a webinar. (September 23, 2026)
Elevate – Categories Can Now Be Deleted After Being Added or Edited
Fixed a bug that caused category deletion to load indefinitely if a category had been added or edited without refreshing the page. Categories can now be deleted immediately after being added or edited. (September 29, 2026)
