Fix
Elevate – Uploaded Media Files Now Display and Download Correctly
Users were unable to access any uploaded files on affected accounts: videos would not play, handouts returned a 404 error, and speaker images appeared broken. This issue has been resolved. Videos, handouts, and speaker images now upload, display, and download as expected.
