The system default title is “Live In-Person Event”. You may edit this as needed. You may also enter optional descriptive text. Then click "Next Step".
This feature allows admins to take registration for a Live In-Person event that takes place in a conference room, hotel, or other physical location. This is not for Live Webinars.
- Click "Create New Component" and choose “Live In-Person”.
- Enter the timezone for the event. This is the timezone in which the event takes place
- Enter a Start and Ending date and times for that time zone.
- Select the Participation Tracking method. This will control the completion requirements of this component based on an Admin marking a user as having attended or with a grade or both.
- Enter the Location Name, Street Address, City, State, and Zip code. This is all seen on the component and included in the Add to Calendar .ics file.
- Click “Update” to save.
