This feature displays a visual calendar of all upcoming live-in person and live online web content (Fig. 1). Each Product with a live in-person or webinar component displays the title and time of the event. The title, time, and description are displayed on hover in a pop-out window. This also allows the end User to view content by day, week, or month. Content is color coded to help distinguish different content.
Feature Admin Settings
To activate the calendar feature, the Admin should create a new menu item and reference it to the “/calendar” URL/Page.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Each Elevate site will have a “/calendar” URL/page by default. Every product with an “open for registration” status and a live in-person or live web content component will be displayed within the calendar. All other statuses will NOT display within the calendar. The calendar content will also filter the display based on the User Type. If a User does not have permission to see the product, they will not be able to see it in the calendar view.
