Feature Description
The Non-Product File Access Report is a report that will show data related to users that access files not associated with a Product. This report allows admins to find summary and detailed reporting information for MP3 Widgets, Video Widgets, Podcast Items, and File Collection Items.
To access this report, navigate to Reports > Non Product File Access Reports.
- Input the date range that you would like to view data for by clicking on the date picker/calendar icons. By default the report will be set to pull the last 30-days, but this date range can be adjusted based on your needs.
- Select whether you would like to view the report in Summary or Details view from the "Report Type" dropdown menu.
Summary
Displays the name of the file and the total views by logged in users and the total views by guests

Details
This view of the report displays additional information including the user name, email, company, and title for any user that accessed an item while logged in; in addition to the name of the file, this report will also show the file type (i.e. File Collection item, Video Widget, Podcast item, etc.), the file parent, and the page which the file lives on.
