How do I edit the user credit report (transcript)?

User credit reports or transcripts are generated as a PDF.

  1. From the Administrative Control Panel, click on the “Settings” Tab and select “Transcript Templates” from the drop down menu.
  2. This will display a page where you may edit the header of the PDF using a text editor. You may use the Tags at the bottom of the page by copying and pasting them into the text editor.
  3. Once you are done editing the Header for the transcript PDF, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save” to save your changes.
