Administrators with Manage User permissions can import a list of users with externally earned credits into Elevate so that the credits appear on the learner’s transcript in Elevate. These credits are imported via .CSV file and can be added for both current users and users who do not yet have accounts. The administrator can download a report of all externally earned credits. External Credit Importer
Product Ribbons
Administrators with Manage Product permissions can create and customize ribbons to display on Products in the catalog, on Product Listing widgets and on the User dashboard. Administrators can use settings to control site-wide preferences for ribbon display as well as product or widget specific settings. To learn more, please read the full article about Product Ribbons.
Web Content Participation Tracking & Grading
Administrators with Manage Product permissions can add participation tracking and grading to live web content components such as live webinars conducted via Zoom or GoToWebinar, as well as other external web content. These settings will determine the learner's completion of the live web content as having attended and/or earned a passing grade for their participation. Upon conclusion of the live web content, the administrator can return to the product to update the learner's attendance and/or grade. Site wide and product specific emails templates can be customized to notify learners of their participation and provide instructions on next steps. Product Summary & Details- Scheduled Report
We have added the option to schedule the report for email download to the Product Summary & Details Report. Additionally, the report has been optimized so that it is more efficient for larger sets of data to be pulled successfully.
Credit Earning Method
We have added the credit earning method and last edited date to the User Credits Earned Report. Additionally, these two new fields are available via API to the earnedCredit API resource. The Earning Method will display one of the following values: User Earned, Admin Granted, or Unknown. The Last Edited field should show the updated_at date if it is different than the created_at, otherwise it will show N/A. These values will not be populated retroactively and will only apply to new or newly editing earnings.
In this release, we made the following upgrades and bug fixes:
- We upgraded the Laravel Composer
- We fixed a bug that produced errors when the Include on Transcript button was set.
