How do I look up a User’s History?

The system will track all of a User’s purchases and history related to each Product. To look up a User’s history, from the admin Portal click on “Reports” and from the drop down, choose “Users” and then select “User summary report”. Follow the steps below:

  1. In the “Enter the user….” Field, start typing the name of the User you wish to review. The system will begin searching for the User as you type. Click on the User name from the dropdown list.
  2. You may review the report online or download it.
  3. If you choose to download it, click on “Download” button and a pop-up box will appear giving you the opportunity to customize the data columns you wish to include in your report.
  4. Click “Download Now” button. You may then “save “it to your desktop or open the file.
