Exhibit Hall Reports

There are several reports available to exhibitors. Reports can be accessed by the site administrator for all exhibitors. Individual exhibitor managers can access their own reports directly through their booth admin menu. There are two reports available: Booth Visitor Report and File Access Report. 

Accessing the Booth Visitor Report

Booth Visitor reports can be accessed from the Manage Exhibitor section by searching for the Exhibitor and clicking on the Green report Icon. (Fig. 1)

Alternatively, you can access from the reports menu under exhibitor Booth Visitor Reports. (Fig. 2)

Admins can select the exhibitors, date range and report type: summary or details. The Summary view presents cumulative views for each exhibitor. (Fig. 3)

The Details view presents user specific visitor details. (Fig. 4)

Both options are downloadable as a CSV file.


Accessing the File Access Report

File access report tracks views and downloads of items loaded to a file collection. To access this report, go to the reports Menu and select non product file access report. (Fig. 5)

On this report, you can select summary or details report. The File Parent and Page Name will indicate the Exhibitor. (Fig. 6)
