Elevate Release 2024.09

This release includes product upgrades and bug fixes.

Included in this release:

• Added support for creating and hosting Zoom Meetings via products in Elevate
• Added an option to easily mark all components as required for completion

Zoom Meetings Enhancement

We have expanded our integration with Zoom to allow connections to host accounts with Meeting Licenses, enabling users to create and run Zoom Meetings with web content components.

To use this enhancement, Administrators must go to Settings > Site Setup > Remote Accounts, then click on the Zoom tab (Fig. 1). To update your existing connected account, click the “Refresh Zoom Account” button. For more information about connecting your account or obtaining additional licenses, follow the steps in this article.

Once your account is added or updated, you can create Zoom Meetings within products by adding Web Content components (Fig. 2).

Required for Completion - Select All

From the components section within products, you can now check the "Required for Completion" box at the top of the form to easily select all components in a product and mark them as required for completion (Fig. 3).

In this Release we also addressed the following bugs:

• Fixed an issue with importing surveys that caused corrupted data and issues displaying surveys.
• Resolved a problem where importing attendance minutes from Zoom caused issues for users with email addresses not in all lowercase.
• Fixed an issue preventing Admins from downloading podcast files.
• Fixed an issue causing errors when downloading progress reports containing large numbers of products and/or components.
• Resolved an issue preventing Users with limited report permissions from downloading scheduled reports sent to their email.
• Fixed an issue in the non-product file access report that incorrectly tracked file access.
• Fixed an issue preventing images added to registrant emails from displaying when delivered.
• Resolved several issues related to error messages when accessing files across various areas of the site.
