NOTE
If you have an SSO integration, you will not be able to edit a User’s information or member type.
- From the Admin portal, click on “Users” tab.
- Click on “User Listing” from the drop down menu
- Look for “Find Users” field and type the Users first and last name and click the “Filter” button.
- If the User exists, it will display the User info.
- To edit a User’s permissions, click on the “Permissions” button and check the boxes next to the permissions you want to grant to the User and click “Update” when done.
- If you do not have an SSO integration and you want to edit the User’s member type, click on the “Member Type” button and use the drop down selection to change the Member type. Click “Update” when done.
For those with SSO
Updating a person's user type must be done first in your AMS.
Once the AMS change is complete, the next time the user enters their username and password to log into the Elevate site, their User Type will be updated in Elevate to match the setting in AMS.
