How do I limit the amount of time a User has to complete a Product? - Expirations

If you want to limit the amount of time (in day increments) a User has to complete the Product, follow the steps below:

1. From the Admin Product page, click on “Basic Info” button for the Product you wish to limit.

2. Click on the “Time Limit” tab.

3. Enter the maximum number of days the User has to complete the Product. Keep in mind, you have five-time limit options. The time limit starts: 

1) the moment the User Registers OR 

2) the moment the User accesses the first Component

3) the moment the first REQUIRED Component is accessed

4) the moment the first Live Component is started 

5) On a specific date and time set by the user. If you have a live web content Component that is scheduled to run

Please note that setting or changing expirations after a user has registered is not retroactive. Any change will only impact users who register after the change.
