Matching question type (NEW)

This consists of a question and two lists. One list of items to match against another list of items. For example:

Question: "Match the Capital with the Country"

List One: "Canada, Italy, Japan"

List Two: "Ottawa, Rome, Tokyo".

Multiple Choice, Multiple Response (NEW)

This question type allows users to select more than one correct answer the question.
