New setting in MP4 components as well as Web content Components with MP4 content to allow admin to optimize viewing for mobile devices. MP4 content has always played on mobile devices, this setting optimizes viewing by opening MP4 content in the device native media player, as opposed to via browser.
NOTE
This setting should only be used when the MP4 content can be fast forwarded and there is no minimum viewing requirement.

Web Content component, under “MP4 Video Options”
In the Web Content Component type, when the content type selected is MP4, the admin has new option in the MP4 Video Viewing options section to control Access Options. The default access option is “EMBEDDED PLAYER ONLY,” but admins can change that to “DOWNLOAD ONLY” or “BOTH.” This now matches the access options available with the Video Component type. Additionally, when MP4s are uploaded to this content type, admins can easily return to download the file.
