Admin Settings
- Under Users>User Listing, search for the user and click on the gear Icon to update their admin privileges.
Impersonate User Admin Setting an admin permission found under the manage users privileges to allow an admin to impersonate users on the site by allowing them to log in as that user. When an admin impersonates a user, they are logged in as that user and are able to see Elevate from that users’ view. This can be used to troubleshoot issues reported from end users.
NOTE
This permission will be included in the full admin permissions when new admins are created but will not be automatically added to existing admin permissions. Please contact elevate-support@gocadmium.com for assistance with activating this permission.
- To impersonate a user, go to the user listing and search for the user by name or email. Once found, click on the orange button to log in as that user.
- When you are done impersonating that user, click on the red button to return to admin view.
