Custom Questions Report

If you have created custom questions upon checkout and need to retrieve the answers, you will want to use the Registration Detail report (under Custom Reports), then in the Fields to Display drop-down select Custom Questions Answers (Fig 1).
If needed, once you have the report in Excel you can use Excel to Split the cells into new columns.

Once you have downloaded your report, you can follow these instructions on how to split the answers into individual columns:
Here are instructions about using the line break as the delimiter:
  1. Select Other from the Delimiters options and deselect all the rest of the options. In the input box to the right of Other press Ctrl + J to insert a line break as your delimiter.
  2. Before this, be sure you have inserted the same number of blank columns to the right of the "Custom Questions Answers" column to avoid overwriting the data to the right of that column.
