How do I track and/or change a user's progress within a product?

Tracking or changing a user's progress within a product is easy via the Product Progress Report. For more information on how to view the Product Progress Report, see “How can I pull a Product Progress Report?

  1. Within the Product Progress Report, select the product you want to view. Optionally, you can refine to show a specific user within that product. 
  2. Once selected, the entire registration list or unique user’s progress within that product will appear.Optionally,you can show user fields or custom questions for that product.
  3. Select the Green Download as CSV button to download the results.
  4. To advance a user through a product, click on the blue details button in the last column for that user.
  5. A window will par showing that users progress by component and status. If a component is incomplete, you can select the red “Mark Completed” button to progress them through the course.
  6. You can also reset a component for a registrant this same way, by clicking the “Mark as Unstarted” button. 
  7. Once you have made the necessary adjustments to the user’s progress for the product, click “Close.”
