Can I edit emails at the product or package level, rather than site wide?

Yes. Email templates can also be edited at the individual product or package level. To edit the individual product or package email templates:

1. Navigate to Products --> Product Listing and find the name of the product or package you would like to edit the email templates for.

2. Click the Email Templates button for the product or package. This will take you to a page that lists the various email templates associated with the product or package. 

3. Follow steps 2 – 7 of “Where can I access and edit the site-wide email templates on my site?”

4. Note: no emails will send from a product or package if the product or package is still in “Draft” mode.
