How can I pull a Product Progress Report?

The Product Progress Report can show you how far users have moved through a product or package, by showing you completion information for products. To view a Product Progress Report, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Product Reports > Product Progress Reports.
  2. Once on the Product Progress Report page, you can pull from one Product or Package at a time. Bear in mind that reports with large amounts of data may time out while you are trying to pull them. If the Product Progress Report times out while you are attempting to retrieve information, we recommend narrowing down the number of products are you attempting to retrieve data on and/or narrowing the date range for the report.
  3. Once you have selected the Product or Package you wish to have data on, select the date range for the data in the report to view. 
  4. For this report, you have the option of selecting to view the report for a specific user by typing in the name of the user into the “Choose User” field. If you do not select a specific user, all users registered for the product in the date range selected will display in the data.
  5. Select whether you would like to include optional user fields, custom questions as during checkout, and/or discount codes you may have used.
  6. Results returned can be downloaded to a CSV either via a direct download to your computer or sent to you via email.
