Admin can define the acceptable increments on each Medical credit type that a user can claim on their claiming form. Increment options available are: any amount, whole credits, half credits, quarter credits, and tenths of credits.
Admin settings
From the Medical Credit component set up, select grant credits and then add your credit types.
NOTE
the credit increment options you can select from is controlled by the setting under Site Setup> General> Credits to control the decimal display.
