Creating an Account

Step 1: Enter Your Email Address 

1. Navigate to your unique login URL. 
2. Enter your email address. 
3. Select Continue.

Step 2: Create an Account 

If we do not find an existing account for this email address, you will see an “Account Not Found” message. Select Create Account to proceed to the Create an Account screen.

In some cases, the application may have already created an initial account for you. If so, you will skip this step and automatically proceed to Step 3. 

1. Enter your first and last name. 
2. Check the “I’m not a robot” box. 
3. Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge. 
4. Select Continue.

Step 3: Verify Your Email Address 

A verification email will be sent from noreply@gocadmium.com. Click the link in the email to proceed. 

• Delivery may take a few minutes. 
• The verification link expires after 24 hours.

If you do not receive the email: 

• Check your spam or junk folder. 
• Contact your IT department to allow emails from noreply@gocadmium.com. 

Step 4: Create a Password 

Your password must meet these requirements:

• Must be at least 12 characters long
• Must include an uppercase letter, number, and special character.
• Cannot be the same as your last three passwords.
• Can't start or end with a space.
• Can't be the same as your email address.

Please note, your password must be reset every 90 days. 

Select the eye icon to preview your password before saving. 

For optimal security: 

• Don’t reuse passwords from other accounts. 
• Choose a random password without personal information. 
• Longer passwords are stronger. 
• Use unrelated words or a password generated by a password manager. 

Step 5: Proceed to the Application 

On desktop, after creating your password, you will be automatically redirected to the application. When using a native mobile app, you will be prompted to log in after creating your password.
