Logging into Elevate

IMPORTANT NOTE

Elevate access is currently being released in phases. As a result, the features and processes described in this article may not yet be available to all organizations. Availability will vary depending on your organization’s rollout status during the transition period.

Elevate uses Cadmium Identity as its secure login system. When you log in to Elevate, you will be redirected to Cadmium Identity to verify your account before being returned to the Elevate platform. Follow the steps below to log in:

Step 1: Access the Elevate Site

  • Navigate to the Elevate website and click the Log In button. 

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address 

  • You will be redirected to Cadmium Identity. 
  • Enter the email address you want to use to access Elevate.

Step 3: Sign In or Create Your Account 

After entering your email address, one of the following will happen: 

If you already have a Cadmium Identity account: 

  • Enter your password and complete the login process. 

If you do not yet have a Cadmium Identity account: 

  • You will be prompted to create one. Follow the steps to set up your account.

Step 4: Return to Elevate

Once your login or account creation is complete, you will be redirected back to Elevate. 

If your email address has been granted access, you will be logged in and returned to the page you originally attempted to access. 

If You Cannot Access Elevate

If you successfully create a Cadmium Identity account but still cannot access Elevate, it likely means your email address has not yet been granted access to the platform. 

Please contact the event organizer or platform administratoto request access.
