Cadmium Identity - Managing Your Account

Cadmium Identity provides trusted, secure authentication for event and continuing education software. Many different applications use it to handle login.

Your Cadmium Identity account is the central account you use to log in and verify your identity. It includes things like your name and login methods. Manage Account is where you can update these details.

Manage Account is currently integrated with Eventscribe Onsite. To get there, select your name to open the menu, then select Manage Account.

More applications will be integrated in the future. For now, you can also log in to Manage Account directly.

Editing Your Name

1. In Manage Account, select Edit next to your name.
2. The name editor opens in a new tab. Update your first name, last name, or both.
3. Select Submit to save your changes.

Changing Your Password

1. In Manage Account, select Edit next to your password.
2. Log in again when you’re prompted. Cadmium Identity confirms it’s you before letting you change your password.
3. On the Create a New Password screen, enter your new password.
4. Select Continue to save your changes.
