How to Assign and Edit Tasks

1. From the Admin Dashboard, click on “edit tasks” next to the desired product.

2. Click the “edit” button next to the task you would like to edit.

3. You may edit the task description, change the assigned user, change the status, and choose to send or not send past due notification emails.

4. You may Remove the name of the person currently assigned to the task.

5. Type the name of the person you would like to assign the task to. The system will auto-lookup based on name. Click on the name of the person you would like to assign the task to. If the name does not appear, the User does not exist in the database. The User will need to create an account before you can assign tasks to them.

7. Change the status accordingly.

8. Click on “save task” when done. An email will be sent to the User letting them know that a task has been assigned.
