Credits can be assigned to multiple users at once. The users must first have an account in the system and be registered for the product that contains the credit.
First, you will need to create a CSV file that contains the users you would like to mass assign credits to. Column headers in your CSV should be labeled exactly as follows. Remember, column headers ARE case-sensitive. A sample CSV template can be found at the bottom of this page.
email
password
firstname
lastname
Once you have created your CSV, navigate to Users --> Mass Assign Credits
Type the name of the product in the "Product Title" field and select the matching product from the drop-down list of results.
Click the "Include Credits" button found under the Actions column. Doing so will induce a pop-up window that will ask you to enter the Earn Date, Credit Type, and Credit Number. Enter this information and click the "Include" button.
In the User Import Method field, select "Email" as the method of import.
Next, click the "Choose File" option on the Import File line. Import the CSV of users you would like to mass assign the credits to.
Next, click the "Choose File" option and select the CSV from your local computer that you created earlier. Once the CSV has been selected, the name of the file will appear on the Import File line.
Once your CSV file is in place, click the "Mass Assign" button. This will refresh your screen and allow you to review the credits you will be mass assigning.
Once you have reviewed the import list, click the "Grant Credits" button.
