Feature Description:
Elevate Admins have access to account-level setting to control whether to send confirmation email after registration and to show pricing grid on that confirmation email. Both features will default to “on” for all accounts but can be turned off from the Email Templates area.
For additional flexibility, we have added a product-level setting (defaulting to the account setting) for the same options. Those can be changed on the product level from the product specific email templates.
To access account-level options navigate to Settings > Templates > Email Templates
Click the "Confirmation Email Options" button for further options to display.
Option 1: Turn off registration confirmation emails. Occasionally Elevate sites have a need to disable the sending of a registration confirmation email. This is especially common for sites using Registration API, where registrations take place in an AMS and are then passed to Elevate. In this instance, many times the AMS will send a registration confirmation email, so an email sent from Elevate may be duplicating information.
Option 2: Remove pricing table from registration confirmation emails. This setting allows you to remove pricing table details for the registration.
You can also adjust the confirmation email options from with an individual Product or Package.
To access Product/Package Level confirmation email settings, navigate to Products > Product Listing then find the Product or Package you would like to update the confirmation email settings for.
Click on the Email Templates button from the Product Listing page or from within the Product editor, click on "Email Templates" in the left-hand navigation.
