Feature Description
New option on the web content attendance report and product progress report to generate report in the background immediately or at a scheduled time. Reports will be run as soon as a Report Queue spot is available after the scheduled time. When the report is ready, it will be emailed to all recipients submitted with the request. All scheduled reports on will be displayed on the Scheduled Reports page found under the Reports menu.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is only available on the Web Content Attendance report and Product Progress report but we plan to add this functionality to additional reports in future releases.
Admin Instructions
Select direct download, to download the csv immediately. Select Email Download to schedule the report and have it emailed. For large reports, we suggest the email download option.

Go to Reports Menu>Scheduled Reports to search for requested and completed reports. From this page, you can view details about the report request, download the completed report or re-schedule.
