Product Summary & Details Report

Feature Description:

The Product Summary and Details Report is a report that gives Elevate admins overview data related to a specific Product such as the number of registrations, total revenue earned, number of users that have completed the Product, number of users that have completed and/or passed a quiz, credits earned by users for the Product, and more. This report can be viewed in a summary view or a detailed view (showing individual user information).

To access this report navigate to Reports > Product Reports > Product Summary & Details

1. Choose the Product you would like to view the report for from the "Choose Products" dropdown menu. If you would like to view the report for more than one Product, you may select multiple Products.

2. If needed, choose an accounting code from the Choose Accounting Codes dropdown menu. If your site does not use accounting codes, you may skip this step.

3. Set the date range you would like to view data for. By default month to date results will populate, however you can update this date range using the date range dropdown menu, or by utilizing the calendar icons and setting a custom date range.

4. Select whether you would like to view this report in Summary view (showing cumulative totals for data) or Details view (showing you individual user data).
