How can I create custom questions that are asked to users during the checkout process?

  1. Navigate to Settings > Products > Custom Questions
  2. If you wish to add a custom question, click on the “Add Custom Question” button at the top of the page. This will induce a pop-up window. 
  3. Enter the question you would like to ask in the Field Name area, then select the question type from the Select Field Type drop-downClick “Save” to save the custom field. 
  4. You may now use the checkboxes next to that field to either show the field or make it required on all products. 
  5. If you wish to edit a Custom Question, click on the Edit button and follow steps 3-4.
  6. If you wish to add the Custom Question to a specific product or package navigate to Products > Product Listing and find the name of the product or package you would like to include the question with.
  7. Once you have found the product or package, click the “Questions on Checkout” button. This will take you to the question specifically for the product or package. Select whether you would like this question to simply be visible and optional (“Show”) or whether you would like it to be required for users to complete the checkout process.
  8. Once you have selected the options you wish, click “Save.”
