Waiting List

There is a setting on the pricing tab within a product to allow users to add themselves to a waiting list for products with limited registration settings. When the registration limit is met, a user will be notified in the registration button and given an option to add themselves to the waiting list. If the admin cancels an order/registration, the users on the waiting list will be notified that a space is open and directed back to the product page to register on a first come, first served basis. Admins will be notified when max registration is met. This feature includes new site wide and product specific email templates for the waiting list notification.

Pricing Tab

On the pricing tab within the product, when limited registration is in place, 2 new settings are revealed to enable notification of max registration threshold and/ or Enable Waiting List.

Waiting List

From the product page, as a logged in User, when registration threshold is met, user will be notified and given option to Join Waiting List.

Waiting list notification via email

When selected, the user will receive a confirmation that they are on the waiting list both in modal and on the product page.  

Leave Waiting List

Users have the option to remove themselves at any time.

Waiting List Email Template

This feature includes a new waiting list email template labeled “Waiting List Notification” found in the site wide and product specific email templates. This email will go out to all users on the waiting list and prompt them to return to the product to complete registration on a first come, first served basis. 


There is no report that will show you who is on the waiting list.
