Uploading File Error

If you are receiving an error message when uploading a large file to Elevate

  • The cause could be your Elevate domain is using CloudFlare as a proxy. Instead of the CNAME entry pointing to elevate.gocadmium.com (or elevate.commpartners.com).
  • You may wish to ask your IT department if your Elevate Domain is using CloudFlare.
  • The cause of this Error is that the CloudFlare Proxy times out sooner than Elevate does. We have programmed Elevate to know that large uploads can take time, and has an extra long timeout for video uploads.
  • We're not sure what is possible in CloudFlare but you should explore those settings on timeouts or you can switch to a CNAME record which is recommended for Elevate.
