User Credits Earned Report

Feature Description

The Credits Earned Report will show you credits earned by specific users based on the parameters set within the report. Within this report you can view credits earned for a specific user, total credits earned from a specific Product or Package, and more.

To access this report:

1. From the Administrative Control Panel, navigate to Reports > User Reports > User Credits Earned.

2. The report can be viewed in different ways dependent on the data you are looking to find.

  • If you would like to pull a report for a specific user, enter the name of the user you would like to pull a credit report for. The User Name field will start to populate with name suggestions once you have typed a minimum of three characters into the field. If you don't select a specific Product or Package, the report will populate with any products that the user has earned credits for.
  • If you would like to pull a report for a specific Product, click the dropdown menu from the Product Title field and begin to type in the name of the Product. If you are looking to see all credits earned for this Product, there is no need to enter the name of a specific user.
  • If you would like to pull a report for all credits earned from a specific Package, click the dropdown menu from the Package Title field and begin to type the name of the Package. If you are looking to see all credits earned for this Package, there is no need to enter the name of a specific user.

4. Adjust the date range for the report as needed.

5. Fields in the report can be removed and added by clicking on the Fields to Display drop-down.

6. Once you have input the above parameters, click the "Show" button to view the report results. If your report is large, you may opt to instead skip the option to show and instead click the "Download as CSV" button.

In viewing the report, the bottom of the reporting screen will show you a number labeled "count." Depending on how you pulled your data, this count will either reflect the total credits the user earned during the date range, the total credits earned by all users on the Product during the date range, the total credits earned by all users on the Package during the date range.
