Limited Product Reports

This is an option you can check off under User Permissions. If checked, it allows the user to login as an Administrator and see the products and report information for only the products for which they are a Product Manager. To set this up for a user, go into Users > User Administrative Permissions, Filter Users to find your user, and select the Limited Product Reports checkbox.

Limited Company Reports

In use with the Company field in user profiles, this option (which resides in Users > User Administrative Permissions) allows you to assign administrative permissions on a Company level. Meaning, the user will be able to log in as an Administrator and see reports on all products, specific to only the users within their Company. When used in tandem with the Limited Product Reports option, the Company Level Administrator will only be able to see the reports on products for which they are the Product Manager.

To set this up for a user, go into Users > User Administrative Permissions, Filter Users to find your user, and select Limited Company Reports (Fig. 1).

This feature is used within the SSO integration when pulling in Company field. Please contact Support or your Account Manager for more information.

Users with limited report permissions now have access to the User Credit Earned report (Fig. 2). This applies to users who have limited report permissions to see activity of learners in their organization OR users who are limited to managing only certain products.
