Elevate Release 2024.02

In this month’s release, we identified and fixed several bugs and made an End-of-Life changes. 

• We fixed an issue where client admins could view cart pages for other accounts. 
• We fixed the Apache Icon leakage security vulnerability. 
• We added an ID field to password reset table for additional security. 
• We fixed a bug in the Registration API that was ignoring site settings to disable sending the registration confirmation email. 
• We removed the ability to add chat widgets to the page.
