Adding External Credits

With the Adding External Credits feature enabled, users can enter externally earned credits into their profile and optionally add them to their printable transcript.

  1. Once activated on your site, Users can access the feature by going to their Dashboard and then to Transcript / Achievements.

  1. The “Transcript/Achievements” button opens the Transcript where Users will see the button “Add Additional Credits/Experience”

  1. If the User clicks on this new button, it will open a form:

  1. Once the External Credit/Experience has been entered, it will now appear in their online Transcript below their Elevate credits with an option to include it in their printed version. The User will be able to optionally include some or all External credits on their printed transcript. The External Credits/Experience will be sorted by “Provider” so all Provider specific credits are grouped together.
