The external credits report shows credits a user entered as external fulfillments/credits on their Dashboard. This report can show admins where users are earning credits outside of their Elevate system.
From the Administrative control panel, select the Reports tab, then User Reports - External Fulfillments

Set a date range. All external credits per user will be displayed. If you wish to filter the list, enter in a user name. You can download this report as a CSV file
