Agenda Widget

Feature Description:  

New widget type to display web content components of specific products in an agenda format. This can be used to support virtual conferences and events where multiple web content components are accessible to the users. The new agenda widget will also allow for custom agenda items to be added to the agenda, for example, to link to an item that is not a web content component such as exhibit hall or a networking tool. On the user side, the agenda widget can optionally be set to allow for searching by keyword and filtering by favorites.

Feature Admin Settings:

Under Content Management>Pages, you will find a new widget type called Agenda.

• Display options controls the ability for the user to search the agenda or tag and filter by their favorites. Option to control the favorite icon- heart or star.
• Item name format allow you to choose whether the product title, component title or both should be used as the agenda item label
• Agenda items allows you to search for sessions (web content components) within products or add a custom agenda item that is not tied to a product
• When you select search for sessions, a modal will pop up to allow you to filter your search and select one or multiple web content components from various products to add to your agenda

• Additionally on the widget wizard, you can control speaker display format

• Time & Date display format

• And the label for the button that takes the user from the agenda widget to the product page

Once you add the sessions and set up the formats above, you can edit any of the sessions within your agenda to add tabs to display or customize any of the text. You can also use the drag and drop icon to re-organize the agenda items into an order of your choosing.
