Java Script/User Tracking/Tracking Pixels

Many 3rd party Java script additions for Elevate are not compatible due to PCI considerations.

PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a set of controls and obligations for companies of any size that handle credit card information, designed to reduce the likelihood of card data being compromised.

The following are allowed. Please contact elevate-support@gocadmium.com to get your Javascript entered onto your Elevate site.

We support Google Tag Manager. To ensure your website remains fast and secure, our Elevate Development Team is involved in the setup process. Here is how it works:

  • We set up the workspace: Our team creates a secure "container" (a digital folder for your tracking codes) and connects it to your Elevate site.
  • We grant you access: We will give one designated person on your team access to this workspace using their email address.
  • You add your codes: Your team member logs in and adds your specific tracking codes. Once they are finished, just let us know!
  • We review and publish: Our developers will do a quick review of your codes to make sure they won't cause any technical issues on your site. If everything looks good, we will officially push the codes live.

There is no fee for this Google Tag Manager work. To start the process, please contact elevate-support@gocadmium.com with the name and email address of the designated staff person.
