Enhancements
My Experience & My Schedule Updates
The My Plan and My Experience pages have been updated to provide a more streamlined and intuitive planning experience. Speaker, exhibitor, and user tabs have been removed from the My Plan interface to simplify navigation, while still remaining accessible through contextual links. Favorited presenters, exhibitors, and saved contacts are not affected. The My Exhibitors card now directs users to the Browse by Booth page, and the My Schedule card opens a new default schedule view featuring dedicated tabs for My Plan, Presentations, Posters, and Appointments, as applicable. “My Schedule” now delivers a unified view of an attendee’s full conference schedule in one convenient location. Fix
Password Reset Link Expiration Fixed
An issue was resolved where users were unable to reset their password due to reset links expiring too quickly. Password reset links now remain valid for an appropriate amount of time, allowing users to successfully complete the reset process without encountering invalid token errors. (March 17, 2026)
Create Handout File Selection Issue Resolved
An issue was resolved where selecting the "Choose an Existing File" option within the Create Handout modal would fail to load available files, preventing users from attaching existing content. This has been fixed to ensure the file selection menu loads as expected and allows users to successfully choose and attach existing handouts. (March 25, 2026)
